Are your candles really handmade?
Yes! Every candle is hand-poured by me in small batches. I use 100% natural soy wax and eco-friendly wooden wicks for a clean, sustainable burn.
Do the wooden wicks crackle?
They do! Wooden wicks create a soft crackling sound, adding a cozy fireplace vibe to your space.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Absolutely. Soy wax is a renewable resource, and my packaging is chosen with sustainability in mind. I also encourage reusing or recycling the jars once your candle is finished.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! If you have a special request, send me a message through the Contact page and I’ll do my best to help.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once your package is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please remember that you may incur duties and tax upon entry to your country.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! If your package arrives damaged, please email me a photo within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because each item is handmade, I can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if your candle arrives damaged or defective, I’ll happily replace it.
What if I ordered the wrong item?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact me right away and I’ll adjust it for you.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Your payment is processed securely through Shopify’s checkout system.
Gifting
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! Just add the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. I can also include a handwritten note - leave your message in the order notes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At the moment, I offer simple eco-friendly wrapping. I’m working on more giftable options soon!
Candle Care & Use
How do I get the best burn from my wooden wick candle?
Trim the wick to about 1/8” before each burn, and let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar the first time you light it. This helps prevent tunneling.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time depends on the size, but most candles last between 30–50 hours.
Can I reuse the jar?
Yes! Once your candle is finished, clean out the jar with warm soapy water. They make great holders for plants, pens, or small keepsakes.
